partner of Village Ventures, who remains on the board.
McCormick is currently a venture partner with Rho Ventures, a

funders. Prior to Rho, he served as chairman and chief executive
of iVillage Inc., where he successfully completed the sale of iVillage

Waterfront Media, founded in 2002, has a network of health, diet,
fitness and pregnancy Web sites, including its flagship EverydayHealth.com.
In September 2007, the company raised a $25 million Series D round,
bringing its overall fund-raising total to more than $37 million,
according to VentureWire archives. New investor Scale Venture Partners
led the round, which also included new investor Foundation Capital.
