Los Angeles-based LivHOME, a venture-backed firm providing home care for seniors, said earlier this week that it has acquired Continual Feast Companion Care, based in Minneapolis, MN. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Continual Feast Companion Care provides caregiving and companion services for seniors. LivHOME is venture backed by Kline Hawkes, Scale Venture Partners, and Tullis Dickerson & Co.
