About Will
Will joined Scale in 2025 to lead their efforts in the use of data and AI to find, invest in, and support great companies.
Previously, Will was an Executive Director at JP Morgan following their acquisition of Aumni, where he led Data Science. In these roles he focused on document processing, portfolio management, and analytics for VC firms. Prior to Aumni/JPMC he was a co-founder and Chief Scientist at Predikto, a leading predictive maintenance startup that was acquired by Raytheon Technologies in 2018, where he continued to lead the Applied Data group.
Will holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. He is based in Atlanta, GA with his wife and daughter where he enjoys cycling, cooking, and the occasional woodworking project.
