Hayley Hoad

Hayley has worked on the finance, legal, and administrative aspects of Scale and its predecessor organizations for the past 30 years. She manages the firm's investment compliance as well as its operations and administrative staff. Prior to Scale, Hayley worked for many years with the U.K. Ministry of Defence (MOD).
