Mark Gustaferro

Before joining Scale as a GTM Platform Operations Associate in 2024, Mark spent three years in Bain & Company's San Francisco office working for clients in the private equity, enterprise software, life sciences, and financial technology spaces. During his time at Bain, Mark also spent six months on externship as Chief of Staff at Sora, a startup providing debt management solutions to financial advisors.Mark graduated from Yale in 2021 with a bachelor's in economics and a certificate in data science. In his free time, he enjoys singing, playing guitar, reading, and cooking.
