Dimeil Ushana is the Chief Commercial Officer at Frontera Health, where he leads go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and customer operations for an AI-driven pediatric behavioral health platform focused on diagnostics, services, care navigation, and clinical workflows. He oversees sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success across provider, payer, employer, and consumer channels, with a focus on reducing diagnostic latency, improving access to care, and building scalable infrastructure for families and clinicians. Previously, Dimeil served as Vice President of Portfolio Growth at Redesign Health, where he built and led the firm’s portfolio growth function, advising 70+ global founders. Earlier in his career, he co-founded and exited an employee health and wellness marketplace serving Fortune 500 clients and held senior growth and partnership roles at Headspace and PatientPop. Dimeil holds a PhD, MBA, and BA from Pepperdine University.
