Damian is a Senior Associate at Scale investing in fintech and vertical software.

Damian grew up in Pacific Palisades, California and graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to Scale, Damian worked in investment banking at Qatalyst Partners, where he helped advise on M&A transactions for previously venture funded companies such as Coupa, Zendesk, and New Relic.

Outside of work, Damian enjoys driving through the hills, hitting some balls at the Presidio driving range or tennis courts, and taking weekend trips around the Bay Area.

I've always been a numbers guy. After studying engineering and working in investment banking, my safe space is in a spreadsheet.
