Bio

Siddharth comes to Scale from a career at seed to Series A startups on the product and engineering side. He has been working on AI / ML since 2016 and has hands on experience using AI to solve real problems. His work included traditional ML modeling (feature engineering, model selection, training, testing) and deployment.

Most recently, Siddharth led AI products at Attentive, where he developed quality evaluation systems for AI-generated messages, implemented reinforcement learning to optimize client ROI, and led the development of user targeting models. Before that, he led product and engineering teams while contributing heavily to day to day engineering work. He has a patent on novel machine learning methods in simulation from his time at Cyence (acquired by Guidewire).

A lifelong sports fan and Bay Area teams supporter, Siddharth has gotten to combine his love of sports with his technical background through several projects. He’s worked with the San Francisco Giants on ML models for player evaluation, and in 2026 was invited to SABR (the baseball analytics conference) to present on some of his research.

What a next‑gen DSP looks like when the interface is a conversation

I split my time between applications and infrastructure. I like leveraging my product and engineering experience to understand how new tech can solve problems at the application layer, but I am drawn to new infrastructure markets as well.
Across the board, I’m looking for expertise and passion / drive. I can do my own work on markets (which we do) to determine if it'll be big, but the best founders expand the market by seeing things that I wouldn't have. I have a product and engineering background, but if I am not the target user, there is only so much I can get from using the product. I want to meet someone who knows everything about their users, the market, the product, the pitfalls, etc. Listening to someone who really, really knows what they are talking about is just different and awe inspiring.
