Georges Arnaout VP Customer Success | Exabeam

Georges is currently the VP of Customer Success at Exabeam, the leader in Next-gen SIEM and XDR. Prior to Exabeam, Georges was the Global Head of Customer Success at CloudHealth where he oversaw ~130M in Annual Recurring Revenue and managed a global organization that included Technical Account Management, Customer Account Management, Professional Services, Technical Support; Education and Training, and Partner Success. In previous roles, Georges worked in Client Solutions and R&D for a venture-backed warehouse automation that successfully exited to Amazon in 2012 (later rebranded to Amazon Robotics). He also advises early-stage companies on how to build and scale top performing customer success organizations. Georges has a background in logistics, ITSM, Cloud Computing, Simulation, and Intelligent Transportation.

He received his Ph.D. in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering from Old Dominion University. He currently lives in Barcelona and enjoys traveling with his family on the weekends. In his free time, he takes advantage of the diverse food scene in Europe and burns off the calories at the gym and practicing martial arts.
